Before the real beginning of the festive season Matt and I thought we would seek out some fall foliage. I had wanted to drive down the Trace and we made an afternoon of it by having a picnic at Little Mountain.
Matt and I affectionately call this stop off the Trace: Big Hill, Little Mountain. We had taken a few walks out here during the time we were dating and engaged and it’s a place we hold dear to us.
On this trip, like many when he has the camera in hand, Matt decided to go the extra mile to get some cool shots.
We got our fill of gorgeously colored leaves and fresh air so we’re now ready to tackle the month of December and all the holiday fun. (Especially, the Christmas movies.)
